Colorado Democratic State Convention
Terry McAuliffe represented the Hillary Clinton campaign at the convention. Although he wasn’t particularly inspiring, he handled well the inevitable cheering for Obama by the majority of the delegates present supporting him, emphasizing the need for party unity once the nominee is selected.

She faces an uphill battle in this overwhelmingly Republican district, but, as the slogan on her pin reads, “Don’t panic! vote Hejtmanek”

Colorado State Democratic Convention
We’ve heard from various Colorado elected officials. State Lieutenant Governor Barbara O’Brien told us that Colorado was only the second state to give women the right to vote (after Wyoming) in 1893.
